Psychic Somatics: Walking-in-your-Shoes is a deeply somatic experience and process in which one gets to remove the blinders and tap into and bring awareness using the body's intuition to various life themes including but not limited to: trauma, fears, addictions, health, business, etc. This process in turn helps make us aware of our emotions and energy in the body and steps to take personal transformation.

We challenge you to be curious, vulnerable and courageous to dive deep into yourself to continue the journey of healing and transformation.

The process is bringing an open mind and sharing with others your current challenge, We will then frame a statement that feels good to the body and start physically walking and using the body's intuition of what the framed statement feels and means. This is an experience that you'll never forget.
