In this calls we will:

1. Meditation: Spend time meditating with a plant. Focus on your breath and simply be with the plant. Allow the plant’s energy to flow into you.  

2. Prayer: Pray to the plant spirit for guidance and healing.  

3. Ceremony: Create a ceremony or ritual to honor the plant spirit. This could involve burning sage, offering tobacco, or singing and dancing. 

 4. Journaling: Write down your experiences with plant spirits in a journal. This is a great way to track your progress and to look back on your journey.
