Plant Spirits - Herbalism

In this class we will review the properties of three plants and connect with their essence. You will learn how to connect with plant spirits and receive messages from these helpers through a guided meditation. We will complete in class projects that pertain to our lecture and plant spirit helpers. Come join us! You will have an opportunity to reconnect with Mother Earth, deepen your connection with plant spirits, and learn of different ways to use these plants in your daily life.

Please bring a journal to take notes.

• A short study guide of the lecture
• A chance to take home in class projects such as tea bags, herb bundles, etc.
