Healing Sound Bath With Shahnoor

Join us for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating Sound Bath experience. This event is designed to help you unwind, release stress, and find a deep sense of inner peace. During the session, you will be immersed in a gentle wave of soothing sounds and vibrations created by crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other instruments.

As you lie down comfortably and close your eyes, the healing frequencies and harmonics of the instruments will wash over you, creating a meditative state that promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. The sounds will resonate with your body's energy centers, known as chakras, helping to release any blockages and restore balance and harmony to your system.

This Sound Bath experience is suitable for all levels of meditation and mindfulness practice. You don't need any prior experience or knowledge of meditation to attend. Simply come with an open mind and allow the sounds to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and peace.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on, and wear comfortable clothing. You may also want to bring a water bottle and an eye mask or pillow to enhance your comfort during the session.
