Drumming & dancing have been used for millennia as a direct connection to spirit & the subconscious. As we let go & become one with the beat, space & time drop away & we bathe in the vibrations which are the basis of our being.

About Heathor

Heathor is a certified 500RYT yoga instructor, trained drum circle facilitator &. Multi-instrumentalist who loves sharing the joy of drumming, meditation, & yoga whenever she can!

A musician since her teens, a career ending car accident & the subsequent pain led her to fall in love with yoga, which brought her full circle back to drumming & it’s powerful, meditative, mind/body connection.

She believes there is a drumming inside us all, just waiting to come out & play - encouraging all to tap into the child within by allowing space for exploration & improvisation.
